Gettin' Figgy Wit It



I've been prep, prep, prepping for tonight's Greek themed catering gig. Figs are in season and a staple in Greek cuisine. So, for a sweet ending, I decided to make Fig Newtons from scratch. Oh yeah, gettin' figgy wit it. Sorry, I just had to.  Stay tuned... I'll have photos from all the delicious fun!
