COOL FRUIT SOUP


A cool and healthy way to enjoy fruit.

PREP TIME: 5 MINUTES
TOTAL TIME: 45 MINUTES
SERVES 4-6

Ingredients

1 cup peaches, peeled, pitted, and sliced
1 cup nectarines, peeled, pitted, and sliced
1 cup apricots, peeled, pitted, and sliced
1/3 cup water
2 tablespoons non-fat plain yogurt
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

Place all ingredients excluding water in a food processor or blender, puree until smooth. Adjust the thickness with more or less water. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld. Pour the soup into chilled soup bowls. Serve immediately.
